The Genealogical Institute on Federal Records (Gen-Fed) is a one week program for the in-depth study of federal records held annually onsite at the National Archives in Washington, D.C. and College Park, Maryland. There are no searchable records on this site, and we do not do record retrievals. You are invited to explore the history and future of the Gen-Fed Program. Information about the program is found on the Registration FYI page.
