The Genealogical Institute on Federal Records Alumni Association (Gen-Fed AA) will hold its Annual Banquet on Friday, July 14, 2017, at the Vantage Point Restaurant, Holiday Inn Rosslyn, in Arlington, Virginia. The traditional post-institute gathering provides the Class of 2017 an opportunity to meet and mingle with area alumni.
This year’s speaker is Jessie Kratz, Historian of the National Archives And Records Administration. Her talk is entitled “The Life and Times of the Archives.” The cash bar opens at 6:00 PM, followed by dinner at 7: 00 PM, and the program at 8:00 PM.
Guests are welcome, there is free parking, and the view is spectacular!
