The Alumni Association holds an annual banquet on the last Friday of each in-person event of the Genealogical Institute on Federal Records. Gen-Fed Alumni in good standing are invited to attend with a guest.
Gen-Fed Alumni Banquet 2023
This year’s Banquet will be held on Friday, August 11th, at the Holiday Inn Washington Capital (550 C Street SW). The evening will begin with a cash bar at 6:00 p.m., followed by a buffet dinner at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are $45 per person.
Our keynote speaker will be Hollis Gentry from the National Museum of African-American History and Culture Library and Archives, discussing the Freedmen’s Bureau Digital records/Transcription Project.
